With over 25 years of distinguished experience in health, academia, and organizational development, I bring proven expertise in policy formulation, strategic decision-making, and academic leadership. I hold a Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership, complemented by advanced studies in Public Administration, Health, and Education. I am committed to lifelong learning and professional excellence.

- Authored approximately 100 articles and presentations nationally and internationally, including at the Nepali Army War College, Staff College, and various government institutions.
- Expertise in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), peace education, and global education
- Led 60+ national and international webinars, translating research into practical awareness and initiatives.
Volunteerism & Advocacy
- Founder Chairperson, Life Skills Education, Nepal.
- Active volunteer leader and advocate for the PESEL Project-Nepal, promoting Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), peace education, and global citizenship.
